Have you just finished your studies or are you looking for a change of scenery with more responsibility? Then our position could be just right for you! With a start date of February to April 2024, we are looking for you as a talent for our special FastForward leadership program in the Logistics Services department!

At our company, everything goes hand in hand: from materials planning for various plants in Germany and abroad, vehicle shipping to freight forwarding logistics, numerous areas of logistics are represented at our company and more are planned! Is standing still a foreign word for you in life as well as in logistics? Changes do not scare you? Then you've come to the right place!

What makes our program so UNIQUE?

• #Fast lane: In a period of approx. 18 months we will develop you into a future manager within a fixed area!
• #Specialization: You will develop exclusively in the area that gives you the most pleasure: Logistics! For example, you will learn about material planning in various areas (body shop, assembly, etc.), load carrier management, vehicle dispatch or standard and special transports.
• #Tuning: Through regular crosstalks, feedback sessions and seminar modules, you will regularly expand your horizons. Your personal mentor will help you throughout the entire time!
• #onthejob: Our motto is learning by doing. Through interesting (partial) projects you learn to take responsibility not only for yourself, but also for your team!
• #FlexWork: Bye bye core working hours! With us, you arrange your own working hours and choose your own work location.

This is how you get your CAREER rolling:

• Basic requirement: Motivation to take responsibility for a team and to lead it
• You have already taken responsibility for topics, projects, etc. or ideally have initial management experience
• Studies in the field of logistics
• First professional experience in this field
• Very good German and good English skills
• Convincing personality with organizational talent and team player mentality
