We are hiring for a Brand and Content Manager (f/m/d) to work with the Sales & Marketing team where you will be the voice and brand of E.ON One. You will determine how our branding and content visualizes our corporate values and co-creating the respective content pieces for all our channels. Your role on the team will position E.ON One as a leader on digital energy transition topics.

You will report to our Head of Sales & Marketing.

Who you are

• You embody our core values, and spread the word to others. Transforming every bit of content that is produced into a work of art embodying the core beliefs of E.ON One
• You thrive in a start-up culture where not everything is defined yet and you can develop your own way of working
• You have experience in B2B writing in several environments where you have gained complex and critical exposure to tech writing, content marketing, or a related discipline
• You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• You have an interest in energy and technology and want to understand how things work
• You ideate, draft, and produce content that helps ease our customers’ pain points. You research topics, stay on top of industry trends, and identify content gaps and opportunities
• You form a compelling opinion and draft jargon-free white papers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and social media posts
• You brainstorm with stakeholders, optimize sales materials, and use analytics to create and execute an editorial calendar

What you’ll bring

• You display a strong writing and editing background that includes a wide variety of topics and audiences, including technical audiences
• You can speak and write in English and German, other European languages are a plus
• You enjoy longer-term, research-based writing, but you are also an agile writer who can react to current events and turn around a blog post on the spot
• You have a strong working knowledge of SEO methodologies/tools
• You are analytical and enjoy spending time in data to develop actionable insights
• You are proficient in working in a variety of content management systems including Adobe Experience Manager
• You have defined a tone of voice and can empower your colleagues to adopt the chosen path
• You have effective communication skills. You can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, articulate your ideas in different formats and assist/coach senior leaders and internal subject matter experts in preparing for webinars and in-person presentations
