Requirements
As RSB’s Legal Junior Manager, you will work closely with RSB’s Legal Officer, supporting legal matters and compliance activities, enabling RSB’s continued growth and success as an international team and organisation. The position’s responsibilities include:
- Assist in the preparation, review and management of legal agreements and contracts, including but not limited to advisory services proposals MOUs, NDAs, partnerships, sponsorships, consultancy and employment
- Manage legal documentation and maintain organised filing system
- Conduct legal research and provide support in analysing legal challenges and risks
- Support compliance with systems and infrastructure, monitoring regulatory requirements in all legal matters, data privacy, human resources, and others
- Support design, development of processes and implementation improvements
RSB seeks an individual based in Spain or Germany, equipped with relevant experience and a strong commitment to sustainability.
Required - Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience as paralegal or in a similar role, preferably within international or non-governmental organisations of relevant professional experience.
- Degree in Law or paralegal background (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter in Germany).
- Knowledge of legal principles and procedures, experience in legal research.
- Proficient spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence and ability to communicate effectively with companies, law firms, governmental institutions, non-profit agencies, academia, and other experts on a global scale, including at conference and events.
- Experience working remotely (home-office based).
- Strong ethics and confidentiality.
