Work Experience YOUR DAILY BUSINESS
- Inspecting and monitoring the building, public areas, and guest rooms for proper appearance, initiating appropriate action to correct any deficiencies
- Participation in day-to-day operations and processing of group requests and reservations
- Check-in, check-out and assistance to guests
- Receiving guest complaints and concerns including prompt and professional resolution
- Reviewing guest feedback, developing strategies for continuous improvement
- Developing and implementing appropriate measures to increase guest satisfaction and RevPAR.
- Assist with new employee recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Employee scheduling
- Assisting in the acquisition of new corporate clients and maintaining the existing corporate client base
- Control of all accounting procedures, preparation of reports
- Cost control and ordering of goods, carrying out the monthly inventory
OUR EXPECTATION
- Education or studies in the hotel business with experience as Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager or Deputy Hotel Manager in the city and business hotel industry
- Good knowledge of the German hotel market, a strong sense of quality and excellent hospitality skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Organizational and solution-oriented approach combined with a "hands on" mentality
- Leadership personality who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
- High service mentality and guest focus
- Strong communication skills, positive charisma, high self-motivation
