How to contribute to our vision:
The Operations Coordinator will be reporting to the Head of Site Technical Services and will be a member of the JOC Team in the Germany Offshore Service organization. The Operations Coordinator is responsibility for all logistic processes and will take part of basic planning tasks. The working location will be predominantly in Germany with expected travels to various sites in Northern Europe.
- Supports daily operation on site with the provision of materials and tools with the aim to have a lean and efficient site setup.
- Maintenance and control of tools
- Ability to plan basic activities to get service and/or trouble shooting teams mobilized
- Cooperates with the back office and other functions on site
- Maintain overview of PPE on site and organize recertification where necessary together with the technicians
- Carry out customs declarations in time to ensure in-time mobilizations
- Temporary deployments in other countries possible
- Ensure the observance of all safety standards within your work area
What you need to make a difference:

- Logistical and/or technical education with a track record in Offshore Wind
- Fluent in English, preferably also in German
- Ownership of Environment, Quality, Safety related and Operational topics
- Comprehensive IT user skills: MS Office and Windows 365 is a must; SAP knowledge desirable
- Ability to work on 14 day shifts offshore during the year according to business demands
- Good Communication and safety leadership skills
- Process understanding for complex offshore setups
- High commitment and engagement
