Contributing key decision processes to steer the company´s strategy as M&A, major investments, manufacturing networks optimization and other strategic decisions in the field of operations

What you´ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

A university degree, preferably in science or industrial engineering (MBA is a plus)
3-5 years consulting experience in a leading consulting firm or extensive operational / manufacturing experience working (pharma sector experience is a plus)
Strategic thinker and a creative self-starter energized by problem solving and pushing new solutions and have a "hands-on" and "can do"-mentality
You are not afraid of numbers and analytics and are passionate about solving problems, especially using data driven decision taking processes
Strong intercultural and excellent relationship management skills to inspire and motivate others as well as finding your way to achieve the most optimal solutions together with a team
Excellent communication skills in English at all levels of the organization, additional language beneficial
