Enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or similar field.
Native Spanish speaker. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Italian languages is a plus.
Understanding of the Spanish market and culture.
First experience with Digital Merchandising, Analytics and BI, Category Management or Digital Sales is a plus.
Strong analytical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
Experience with a sports or fashion brand/retailer is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiatives proactively.
Starting date: From 01.12.2023 or as soon as possible, duration: 6 months
In this exciting role you are supporting the PUMA eCom Europe Team in accelerating the business growth and profitability for the countries Spain, Italy, and Portugal. You will be responsible for driving growth levers like tailoring product offering, content, site navigation, filters, internal search, and merchandising on the site to suit the requirement of the market.
Key measures and success factors for your contribution will be Traffic Growth, Revenue, Conversions Rate, Sell Through, Page KPI’s, Return Rates, CSATs
Digital native supporting the entire eCommerce funnel and works with key stakeholders to improve the consumer experience at every part of the consumer journey.
Work closely with the marketing teams to ensure sustainable traffic growth in the market through a mix of paid and non-paid means.
Actively participate in determining the product offering for the market and ensure key launches and brand stories are effectively executed on the market.
Be part of managing the online platform from a content and site merchandising perspective. Improving consumer experience and conversion through a mix of initiatives including but not limited to site navigation, filters, search optimization, product sorting.
Ensure that the product and content in the online platform resonate with the local audience and encapsulates the essence of the region / country.
