• Responsible for candidate journey and Onboardings;
• 
  Ensure candidate journey for recruitment process is upkept and optimised;
• 
  Develop and communicate the employer brand as a key culture ambassador;
• 
  Plan, develop and follow up on the engagement plan, events and team buildings;
• 
  Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience;
• 
  Continue to boost an open feedback & communication culture;
• 
  Admin HR management tasks such as: compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, internal reporting, employee benefits, etc;

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar area;
• 
  Experience in IT Recruitment (+ 2 years);
• 
  Fluent in English (French is a plus);
• 
  Good communicator;
• 
  Proactive, motivated & driven.
