You’ll have the opportunity to experience various projects and roles within Integrated Supply Chain, rotating through two different assignments during your time on the Global Development Program (GDP). Additionally, you’ll be offered a tailored learning journey, ongoing ‘learning on the job’ and peer learning.

After two years in our Traineee Program our Career Center will support you in your next move.
You will do two rotations that are already predefined:
1. Assignment: New Product Introduction Engineering
You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of new products by managing the sourcing and supply chain aspects.
It will be your responsibility to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop sourcing strategies, select suppliers, and manage the supply chain process to meet project timelines and quality standards.
You will collaborate with product development and engineering teams to understand product requirements and define sourcing strategies.
2. Assignment: Supplier Quality Engineering
In this role you will ensure the quality and reliability of our products by assessing and managing our suppliers' quality performance.
You will collaborate closely with suppliers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to our quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish clear quality requirements, specifications, and standards for the products or components they provide.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor/ Master degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Natural Sciences or equivalent
First practical experience (e.g. through internships or student jobs) and/or extra-curricular activities during your study are beneficial
Digital savvy, good knowledge of data analysis and interpretation for informed decisions
Required competencies: high energy, adaptability, continuous learning, initiating action, innovative, high work standards
Excellent knowledge of English, German language skills are beneficial
