Intern - Real Estate Investment Banking in Frankfurt am Main bei Société Générale

During your internship, you will have the following responsibilities:

• You will conduct industry and company analysis as well as company valuations.
• You will support in the preparation of client presentation materials.
• You will assist in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A, ECM and other corporate finance transactions.

In terms of knowledge and experience, you will obtain expertise in:

• Insights in the M&A and Corporate Finance business of a leading European Bank
• Improve your financial and valuation skills as well as your research skills

Experience & Technical Skills

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program at a university in the area of Business Administration or Finance with excellent academic credentials
• Ideally you have past experience in Real Estate
• Prior internships in M&A or Equity Capital Markets in a Bank/Investment Bank/Boutique are desirable
• Numeracy & analytical skills are very important
• Good knowledge in valuation is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Fluency English is plus another language is required (both written and orally)

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for our Corporate Finance – Real Estate Team

for a period of 3 - 9 months starting from Febuary 2024.

You will join the global Real Estate Investmentbanking Team in Frankfurt and support a growing business. As an intern you will be fully integrated into the team and work directly with senior bankers in the real estate industry, coverage and product teams on the origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates.
