What you will be doing:

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

• become a Member of the Senior Finance Business Partner Team (Business Aviation) and support the Business Aviation Leadership team, driving the business to achieve strong financial performance in the short and medium term, by providing insight and challenge to the wider teams,
• translate strategy into business and functional financial plans improving business performance, whilst ensuring, that the management information and insights provided can be relied upon,
• coach the leadership and their teams to improve financial acumen and promote a cost-conscious culture,
• review actuals vs forecasts including insightful commentary, identifying trends, and any corrective actions required by the Leadership teams. Accountable for effective business & financial controls and compliance,
• provide financial and business advice and governance to the business in raising capital schemes; review and maintain business cases and plans. Ensure that capital requirements are appropriately planned, and business cases / plans are sound.

• have strong communication skills in German and English.
