We're looking for a motivated and driven Manager, People Experience (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Dive deep into our system to identify any obstacles or challenges that may hinder a stellar people experience and vibrant culture
- Offer innovative solutions to overcome these barriers
- Lead the development and implementation of people-centric HR products and initiatives that create an optimal environment for our team members to thrive
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvements that elevate the overall employee experience (e.g., Workplace experience, Moments that matter)
- Collaborate with department leads and teams to enhance their working methods, equipping them with the necessary tools and strategies to address their specific challenges effectively (e.g., Ways of working, communication, conflicts)
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including People Partners, Workplace Management, IT, Communications, and others, to enhance the foundations of our employee experience
- Navigate complex stakeholder relationships with finesse, ensuring alignment and commitment to our people-centric products and initiatives
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- A strong background in project management or consulting (minimum 4 years), ideally gained within a fast-paced international environment.
- Eexperience and knowledge in culture-related topics, New Work practices, or innovation management.
- Deep understanding of our people's needs and a track record of designing products that address those needs effectively.
- Prior experience working with various HR topics and products, enabling you to swiftly take the lead in developing new solutions.
- Enjoy the creative challenge of developing SLT/C-Level Business Cases that not only impress but also drive impactful results.
- Master the art of managing stakeholders, knowing when and how to engage them, empathizing with their needs, and tailoring your approach accordingly.
