We are looking for a results-oriented and passionate Human Resources Manager to join our team in Esslingen. In this role, you will maintain and strengthen business partnerships by demonstrating business acumen and awareness of what is important in terms of achieving business results. You will work directly with the business and global HR partners to ensure the delivery of global HR strategies and to address organizational priorities.
What you'll do:

Build and maintain a longstanding relationship with the business and its (senior) management;

Analyze, challenge, guide and advise as full trusted advisor for (senior) management;

Proactively support the business and its (senior) management in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Off boarding, Learning & Development, Employer Relations, Absenteeism, Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning and HR reporting

Closely collaborate with the HR Ops team, HR Business Partner organization, HR Centers of Excellence

Act as a change agent / facilitator in change;

You will be a member of local, regional or global project teams;

Lead the HR team of the country & a member of the local leadership team.
What you'll need:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;

Minimum of 8 years with progressive responsibility & Human Resource generalist experience;

Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff in an global matrix-structure environment;

Organization sensitivity and Business Acumen; ability to translate the business needs and problems in HR solutions;

Sound knowledge of local labor law;

Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills, required ( both German and English);

Problem solving, pragmatic, hands-on;

Flexibility: ability to work in a rapidly changing organization;

MS Office Programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
