• You accept shipments from international parcel service providers and sort the samples and documents contained therein.
• You take over the documentation in the in-house LIMS system
• You ensure that the documentation of the samples received for genetic and biochemical analyses is complete.
• You initiate clarification procedures when information is missing or contradictory (e.g. by contacting our customers in writing).
• You are responsible for managing and tracking orders and data sets in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• You take care of the maintenance and structuring of our database
• Saturday work as required

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a Clinical Data Manager, Medical Assistant, Documentation Assistant,in the laboratory field (MTA, BTA CTA) or equivalent administrative training or studies.
• First professional experience in sample acceptance, data processing or customer service is an advantage
• A very precise, structured and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you
• Good oral and written English skills (B2) are essential, additional languages such as German, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese are desirable
• Fit in the common MS Office programs
• High sense of responsibility in handling sensitive patient data and samples is a prerequisite
