As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. As a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, you will encourage our partner’s staff through your forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple. Through your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.
Description In this role, you will: - Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build plans, achieve sales targets, and grow business. - Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates. Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio. - Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups. - Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your territory; This includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards. - Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution. - Enrich the customer experience by approaching problems with creativity, curiosity, and new ideas.
Key Qualifications - Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.

- Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
- Outstanding customer focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.

Education & Experience Fluency in German required.
