Your tasks

• You start as a Junior Financial Controller in Hamburg or Paris
• Act as a key figure in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization
• Lead the month-end close process for specific units and maintain partnerships with shared service centers and external accountants
• Lead the audit process and act as a liaison between the business and external and internal auditors
• Ensure that financial reports meet the highest standards of accuracy
• Assist in the management of treasury functions and the maintenance of internal controls and policies
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and development

Your profile

• You have first experience in financial controlling or a comparable field
• You have a strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• You have first experience in using ERP Systems
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
• You are ambitious, have a strong desire to grow and are ready to tackle challenges
• Fluency in English and German is essential
• Additional language skills (French or Italian) are a plus
