We are currently looking for a
Sales Director (f/m/d)
to join our international team for the Greaseproof Papers Business Unit. In this position you will report to the Business Unit's VP Sales Marketing & Offering and cooperate with Sales Directors.
Our Greaseproof Papers Business is planning offering expansion to a new market segment which you are responsible to establish internationally.
Your main duties and responsibilities
- Establishing customer base and sales channels for our new product assortment
- Defining and communicating our value proposition to the customers
- Market development follow-up, potential customer mapping and acquisition
- Responsible for sales and results, development and implementation of commercial tactics and customer action plans, including pricing tactics, in the new product segment
- Planning and achieving targets, reporting and follow-up in a structured way
- Implementation of common group processes, active change management
- Very close cooperation with regional sales directors and other functions within the Greaseproof Papers Business Unit (incl. marketing, product development, product management, supply chain management, production and controlling) and within the group
Who are we looking for?
- Ideally, you hold a Master's degree in Business administration or (paper) engineering with several years' experience in sales or similar
- Previous experience in an international environment is an asset
- Successful track record of new customer acquisition and target achievement
- Location preference: Europe, Nordic / DACH region
- Market knowledge in greaseproof papers and/or food contact papers is an asset
- Initial experience in leading and coaching sales teams and willingness to grow, good business knowledge and mindset
- Analytical, process- and data-oriented and structured work style, conceptual and strategic skills
- Negotiation skills, persuasiveness, confident presentation skills and strong communication skills
- Motivational skills, team spirit, customer orientation, flexibility, solution orientation
- Fluent English skills (spoken/written), confident handling of modern IT (MS Office, ERP/CRM/PowerBI systems)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
