Overall Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Planning:

• Collaborate closely with the project manager and management team to plan and develop electrical project strategies.
• Conduct resource planning for your designated area or review subcontractors' resource plans.
• Provide weekly progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols on site.
• Efficiently order materials from warehouses to ensure a smooth workflow.

Project Execution Excellence:

• Coordinate seamlessly with other contractors to integrate electrical systems into the overall project.
• Conduct weekly site meetings with other contractors for effective communication and coordination.
• Participate in client inspections to showcase project milestones.

Quality Control and Adaptability:

• Monitor project progress and proactively make adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Implement stringent quality control procedures to guarantee that work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Effective Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain open lines of communication with other contractors and team members to ensure a collaborative work environment.
• Provide regular updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical components and cables.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Several years of experience in electrical foreman/supervisory roles or related positions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
