The following challenges await you:
As a Junior Digital Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d), you will support our business units in driving forward the customer-centred digital transformation.
Your focus will be on innovative solutions along all Heraeus digital customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for your own sub-projects or workstreams and work together with our teams of business and IT experts on customer-centric concepts and their implementation along the (digital) customer interaction points.
You will support the project team in creating analyses and collecting customer insights in order to identify optimisation potential from a user-oriented and business perspective, substantiate hypotheses and derive recommendations for action.
You will help to identify relevant IT solutions in the customer experience environment, develop customised solutions with our IT partners and implement these together.
By proactively supporting our business units, you will make a significant contribution to the optimisation and further development of customer experience in an end-to-end approach.
Your Profile:
Successfully completed university studies in the economic or technical/economic field (e.g. business administration or business informatics) or a comparable qualification
High interest in and affinity for customer experience topics along all customer touchpoints, e.g. in the area of web or e-commerce
Initial experience in the design and implementation of innovative solutions in the areas of marketing, sales or customer service using user-centred methods (e.g. personas, customer journeys) desirable
Initial experience in project and stakeholder management
Confident appearance with very good communication skills in German and English, assertiveness and a high degree of independence
