Are you an enthusiastic Expeditor (m/f/d) and ready to join our team and actively support our fast-growing business?

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Tracking of the timely, complete submission of the contractually agreed deliverables of the supplier
• Responsible for the period from the order/contract award up to and including delivery on site and working closely with the engineering team until final acceptance
• Close coordination with project team including but not limited to procurement, commercial, engineering, quality and scheduling
• Proactive development, enforcement and follow-up of solutions to secure endangered delivery dates
• Requirement and evaluation of material deadline lists, production plans and progress reports as well as identification of production focal points and critical date chains
• Desk tracking and on-site supplier visits to review and ensure project progress
• Securing of delivery dates, also for technical and commercial documents
• Solution-oriented interface management between internal and external trades inclusive reporting

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed business or engineering studies or commercial/technical training, or similar
• Good technical understanding and general knowledge of manufacturing processes of equipment or in construction work/planning
• Experience in evaluating schedules, technical documents and general progress reports
• Advanced IT skills, especially MS Office and SAP MM
• Fluent in spoken and written German and good knowledge of English
• Very strong communication and organization skills
• Willingness to Travel
• Self-assured appearance, ability to work in a team and decision-making power
• Experience in project work - ideally but not required - in plant construction / EPC projects
