Your Role in Shaping the Future

• Support the analysis, definition and development of products from a user-driven and entrepreneurial perspective
• Understand user needs and support in the validation with appropriate methods
• Support in market and competition analyses
• Support in design and facilitation of (on-site) customer-based innovation workshops
• Work with clients, colleagues and external providers to ensure that our solutions are implemented with the best quality and speak for themselves
• Develop yourself and learn something new every day

Your Value-Add

• You have first working experience with a focus on innovation consulting and/or service design in an agile & digital environment
• You have English and German language skills
• You enjoy analysing user insights, market environment and trends
• You have a passion to work on multiple projects, workshops and workshop groups in parallel
• You like to learn a set of methodologies and to apply them in a goal-oriented way
• You are a true communicator who interacts with clients and colleagues, no matter what level they are at
• You feel the team spirit - you like to help out in the team and live the concept of "better together" in your daily interactions
• You always stay on the ball, love (digital) products and get excited about new trends
