- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube as main priorities currently. (may vary in the future)
- Develop creative and engaging content to promote the brand, products, and build positioning mid-long term.
- Lead the creative agency team and ensure high level/quality work is delivered throughout the year, while deliverables are met on their side as well according to yearly negotiation scope of work.
- Continuously assess the creative agency performance and influence the changes or adjustments needed to have a high-performance team that works well business and people wise.
- Consult on the content creators strategy, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure consistent quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including Marketing, legal, R&D and/or Customer Service, to ensure content aligns with company objectives
- Lead and push for regular research and analysis of industry trends, best practices, and competitors to inform content strategy and improve performance
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels
- Create formats/platforms that can be executed as series of content for better brand building impact.
- Work hand by hand with sponsorships (Real Madrid focus) and others to come to leverage creative content development with them and create global social assets packages for countries to use.
- Assess and measure the success of content and make data-driven decisions to improve performance by partnering with the “Social media activation Lead” responsible to drive analysis and racking of performance KPIs.
- Ensure Follower base exponential growth according to company targets.
- Yearly planning development to ensure right budget, resources and timings to deliver the targets.
- Develop guidelines and frameworks for regions/countries to start building “one social media” approach and look and feel worldwide, based on global execution.
- Create global playbooks with main brand building activations/campaigns on social to help regions/countries expand their social beyond product focus only.
- Maintain close contact with regions and develop a relationship where global content is incorporated into regional/local social media posting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital content development, social media management, or a related field specifically.
- Experience managing an extensive agency team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation best practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive engagement and increase online presence
- Digital creative background preferred.
- Concept development Knowledge and knows how to work with insights for creative development.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and analytics to inform content strategy and make data-driven decisions
