For the support of our Team, we are looking for a

Logistics Specialist (f/m/d)

• fix term contract

Discover Impactful Work

Point of contact between the internal and external partners. Analyze, follow up and reporting of open orders. Handle different requests and queries appropriately to make sure that both customer happiness and revenue targets are met. Monitor key accounts and their shipments through multiple different channels.

A Day in the Life

• Handle the requests and inquiries from the different departments (internal & external) regarding either shipping, reports or customer complaints
• Analize and build reports of the ODL to keep an overview and be up to date regarding the different shipments
• Support the manager in the daily business as well as on special requests
• Keep track and analyze customer complaints for their root cause and possible corrective actions
• Recognize challenges in the different processes and find countermeasures to these
• Be flexible in terms of traveling
• Support as well as lead in projects
• Use of various methods (PPI / Lean) to improve processes as well as reduce costs

Keys to Success

• Proficient English speaker (Optional Dutch)
• Well-known with different IT-systems (MS office, SAP, etc.)
• Project management knowledge (low-mid level)
• Stress resistant
• Flexible
• Communicative
• Quick study
