Project Control Lead
Key Role:
Lead Financial Control for a large Department of Defense contract. Lead geographically dispersed team responsible for forecasting and financial reporting, independently establish team priorities, and execute complex business and financial assignments. Monitor key performance indicators, manage financial risks and develop mitigations plans, and proactively and clearly communicate recommendations to leadership and clients. Prepare and review bottom-up-forecasts and lead internal and client financial reviews. Support the development of standard operating procedures and coordinate development of program financial management processes and tools in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Federal Government contracting
3+ years of experience in a managerial role
Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with FEDSIM (Federal Systems Integration and Management Center) or AAS (Assisted Acquisition Services)
Experience in program cost control, contract interpretation, and administration of government projects
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including using complex formulas and functions
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Department of State Standard Regulations, federal budget process, and funds management
Knowledge of international U.S. government contracts
Ability to prepare financial forecasts based on bottom-up analyses and historical trends
Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
