We're currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Working Student to join our Talent Acquisition team.

As a Talent Acquisition Working Student at allnex, you will play a vital role in our recruitment and social media communication efforts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on company career page and various regional and local job boards, keeping high standards and following best practices.
- Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in candidate interviews and provide feedback.
- Help maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Social Media Communication:
- Collaborate with the corporate communications team to create engaging and informative job postings for social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage with social media communities to build our employer brand.
- Assist in content creation for recruitment campaigns.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and German.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with social media platforms.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the team's success.
- Hybrid working module;
- Gross monthly wage 1500.00 EUR for 20 h working week;
