What You Will Do

As the Quality Manager in Germany you will lead the Quality Engineering teams in Salzkotten (SK) and Neustadt (NST), with oversight responsibility for the Agriculture Engineering locations in France at Gentilly and Heillecourt. You will also be the ISO 9001 Management Representative for the SK and NST sites.

You will be responsible for:

• The Maintenance of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (CPI)
• Integration and Harmonization of the Quality Management System with the parent company system
• Activities within the Scope of Product Type Approval (CoP-Q and CoP-P)
• Development of Quality Processes, Provision and Monitoring of Quality Metrics and Derivation of Actions
• Alignment of Quality Assurance Agreements with the Customer
• Management of Continual Product Improvement projects for Customers, Production, and Suppliers, using the 8D process
• Expediently and effectively communicate with customers on quality escapes, visits, escalations, etc.
• Monitoring of Internal Audit Programs and their Necessary Actions and Coordination and Support of External Customer and Certification Audits
• Quality Advisory to the Management and Executives
• Audit Development Projects to ensure compliance with with the T5 Solution Development process
• Cross-Site Employee Management in Salzkotten and Neustadt

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Technical Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a technical role
• Several years of Product Development or Quality Engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience working directly with OEM customers to resolve concerns, conduct audits and host visits
• Familiarity with Agricultural, Automotive, Avionic systems, Heavy Machinery controls, or Precision Ag components
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO-14001 or similar standards with demonstrated success in passing certification audits
• Excellent analytical abilities and comprehensive understanding of quality toolbox (SPC, 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.)
• Proven leadership skills and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to work in a geographically-distributed team environment
Fluent German and good English language skills

About Your Location
You can work hybrid from our office location either in Salzkotten or Neustadt. Our position requires travelling less than 10%.
