Are you an experienced Workday Analyst seeking an influential role in shaping Workday? Our client, a pioneering force in technology and innovation, is seeking a dynamic Senior Workday specialist to drive HR process design and implementation.

You’ll join a global team pioneering Workday HCM design, supporting and training a dynamic HR community. You’ll lead strategic Workday rollouts, collaborating with experts to drive impactful changes whilst managing Workday HCM redesign, overseeing change initiatives and project planning.

You will be heavily involved in innovation processes, aligning with cutting-edge HR practices and system trends delivering high impact results. The role offers a competitive salary of up to €120,000, depending on experience and expertise, for Senior Workday Analysts who deep functional and strategic level knowledge of Workday HCM and fluency in both English and German. Candidates should anticipate a minimum office presence of one day per week in Baden-Württemberg (re-location assistance offered) with international travel twice a year.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience in Workday Management, Process Engineering, and Project Management.
• Credibility to provide project and thought leadership on matters relating to Workday HCM within a multibillion-dollar global market leader
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday HCM and involvement in Workday implementations and roll-out Projects
• Proficiency in general project management, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
