• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service vor allem im Bereich Großkunden
• Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
• Verständnis und Affinität für Prozesse, Projekte und eine komplexe Arbeits- und Kundenstruktur
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, strukturierte Herangehensweise und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, MS Planner, One Note)

• Eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Steuerung aller Customer Service Prozesse im Bereich Key Accounts
• Optimierung der Customer Service Prozesse im Bereich Key Accounts für eine Servicequalität höchsten Standards
• Analysieren von Daten, Identifizieren von Engpässen und Entwickeln von Strategien zur Effizienzsteigerung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Account Managern zur Sicherstellung der optimalen Kundenbetreuung
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von circa 6-10 Mitarbeitern
