Our goal is to work collaboratively with various teams, including brand, marketing, UX/UI, to ensure that our UX copy, the words that guide and engage our users, aligns seamlessly with the Zooplus brand style guide. We aim to create a consistent, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized experience across all our digital touchpoints. As we progress, we'll also test and enhance our copy within ongoing projects. We're passionate about showcasing how impactful copy can drive conversions and enhance user satisfaction by going beyond the basics to evoke emotions and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting UX-Writing Guidelines:

  • We'll dig deep into the brand's voice, tone, and writing standards for effective UX.
  • These guidelines will be our compass, consistently guiding our copy across all digital touchpoints.

• Strategizing Content:

  • We'll collaborate with business leaders to shape a content strategy that's in perfect harmony with our brand.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Tech, Marketing, and Branding, we'll dive into their needs and requirements.

• Putting Users First:

  • Through research, we'll get to know our target audience, keep an eye on market trends, and understand our competitors.
  • Armed with insights, we'll craft copy that not only boosts website usability but also increases conversion rates and strengthens our brand presence.

• Where We Apply Our Craft:

  • Our magic isn't limited to one place; it's wherever our users are. From our website and app to landing pages, email campaigns, and advertisements, we'll sprinkle UX copywriting magic everywhere.

• Boosting SEO:

  • We won't forget about SEO. We'll optimize our copy to supercharge our search engine performance and make sure our brand shines organically.

• Always Improving:

  • We're all about continuous improvement. We'll keep a close eye on how our copy performs through A/B testing and user feedback.
  • And of course, we'll use this data-driven approach to enhance our copy, ensuring we max out conversions and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years plus experience in UX Copywriting.
• We want you to work hand in hand with design stakeholders, including Marketing, UX/UI, Style Guide, and Data Science, to establish a game plan for UX-Copywriting at Zooplus. We'll define our unique UX language and figure out how to apply it across all our products and touchpoints.
• Once you've got the plan in place, communicate it with the Design Director and the team. We know our organizational structure might be a puzzle, but we're confident you'll find the pieces that make our UX-Copywriting objectives fall perfectly into place.
