Our compensation package: €60,000 - €65,000 in yearly salary, €10,000 - €30,000 in equity. Additionally up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits

In this role you will build a highly skilled and diverse team. Supported by our team of Talent Coordinators, you will own and drive our recruitment efforts, including screening applications, creating and updating job descriptions, sourcing top talent, and conducting interviews. By combining a data-driven mindset with innovative approaches, you contribute to building and testing recruitment strategies to attract top talent as well as keep track of relevant KPIs to continuously improve the overall recruitment process. All whilst working from our Munich Office.
On a typical day you will:
Be the first point of contact for our candidates and inspire them to contribute to our mission
Screen applications, post, and update job descriptions
Conduct interviews
Enable a smooth recruiting workflow
Explore different job posting platforms and come up with new strategies to attract the best talent
Support tracking of KPIs in order to improve the recruitment process

Operational experience
You have 3-5 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter, ideally including experience with active sourcing
You have worked in a fast-paced startup environment before
You are a team player
Communication
Your communication style is always polite, respectful and sensitive towards cultural differences
Your English is fluent in speaking and writing
Structured mindset
You have experience in gathering relevant data to derive data-based conclusions
