Your role

We are looking for top talents and empathetic and curious team players who pick the topics they are passionate about and feel part of the team as you’re a full-time hire with accountability for the work you do. Driven by building a product that helps people make better and faster buying decisions, you can choose from a variety of topics, ranging from product to operations to marketing and strategy. Make a significant contribution to our development and carve out your name on the newest B2B sales product.

Tasks

Being one of the first business team members, you will help us identify, evaluate, and act on business development opportunities as well as set up operations to grow our business. This is a highly impactful role as you will be working directly with the founders, shaping the product, and helping us deliver value to our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and drive your own projects: You will get responsibility from Day 1 and your projects will have a profound impact on how millions of B2B sellers and buyers across the globe interact with one another
• Act as sparring partner to our founders: Support them during the preparation and execution of funding rounds and establish core processes & structures including investor relations
• Explore real customer data to generate business-driven insights and lead the path to data-based decision-making
• Help us acquire top talents to further scale our business and inspire a work culture, that people love coming to

Requirements

• You are currently studying at a renowned university and have already gained first-hand working experience in fast-growing startups or other high-performance environments such as strategy consultancies or investment banks
• You have a strong analytical and simultaneously entrepreneurial mindset
• You show enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality when it comes to building things up from scratch
• Your academic success is outstanding (Top 20% of class)
• You have excellent English communication skills

Please note that this position is on-site in Hamburg and not fully remote.

• Let's be very transparent upfront. We are clear about what is important to us and so should you. If we are not matching due to fundamental ideas e.g., about how to collaborate, let's find it out in the beginning
• Let's have some fun together. In the worst case, we will have spent 30-60 minutes meeting a new person

The typical process lasts about 2-3 hours comprising 3 main discussions.
