We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and strategic Sr Director - VP Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at Code Intelligence. As a VP Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to support our mission and drive revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on a data-driven and analytical approach, and a strong bias to action. This is a role that requires the ability to translate CI’s overarching company direction and objectives into actionable programs that deliver results, build the company brand and drive a ROI-based demand generation process.
Interfacing with multiple teams at CI is a high-profile role. All candidates need to be strategic thinkers, hands-on, highly organised and have a proven track record in delivering marketing sourced and influenced enterprise pipeline.
What is waiting for you:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy: Create a holistic plan that targets both enterprise customers and open-source developer communities, aligning with Code Intelligence’s business objectives and growth targets.
Build and manage the marketing team: Hire, train, and supervise a diverse group of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment to achieve our goals.
Drive enterprise customer acquisition: Implement targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads, increase conversion rates, and boost sales among enterprise customers in close collaboration with Sales.
Promote open-source developer adoption: In collaboration with DevRel, engage with the developer community through events, webinars, content marketing, and partnerships to drive awareness and adoption of our open-source offering – CI Fuzz.
Oversee product marketing and positioning: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop messaging, value propositions, and competitive analysis for the Code Intelligence Platform, ensuring it resonates with both enterprise customers and open-source developers.
Analyse marketing performance and optimise efforts: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights, refining strategies and tactics to maximise return on investment.
Strengthen brand identity and awareness: Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels, including social media, email, events, and content marketing, to create a strong and recognizable presence in the market.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns both in the United States and in Europe, based on data-driven insights, and take action to adapt campaigns to local markets and cultures.
