We are looking for a Graphic Designer (m,f,d) for a permanent full-time contract to join our global marketing team. You will create global sales and corporate material and adapt it to local needs. This role is on-site in our headquarters in Lohne with the possibility of two days per week of remote work.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Creating product sales material hand in hand with product management.
• Adapt marketing material to local needs and different customer touchpoints.
• Developing design solutions focusing on clarity, design, and branding.
• Contributing and creating corporate marketing items in various languages.
• Sourcing stock imagery to adapt and edit into print and online content.

To be successful in this position, you should:

• Have first experience in graphic design and desktop publishing.
• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Premiere Pro)
• Be well-organized and can work to strict deadlines
• Be confident in communicating ideas to a broad range of stakeholders, including senior level
• Be fluent in English and at least one additional language. German is a plus.
• Have a positive attitude towards agriculture and animal husbandry
• Challenge yourself, the team, and the organization to achieve the best solution consistently
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365
