Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at pre-selected client organisations
Provide customer care and strategic consulting for existing customers, including the development and expansion of their innovation management
Proactively identify, analyse, manage and monitor potential with existing customers
Negotiate at a senior level on commercial and strategic topics
Lead and guide internal customer project teams while mentoring colleagues
Prepare and create client-specific offers
Establish and maintain client relationships across departmental, divisional and management levels at the client's organisation
Maintain a strong understanding of clients’ industry and business, advising clients on the formation of innovation strategies
Offer consultation on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to our clients' field of expertise

Managing your Sales Pipeline
Lead and guide your clients strategically and commercially
Conduct negotiations
Interact and collaborate with all revenue teams
Hold strategic workshops with clients
Attend conferences and customer events
Completed studies or comparable professional training/experience in business informatics, business administration with a focus on sales and customer relationship management
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as part of a corporate sales team (or equivalent) // experience in the SaaS-Business context is an advantage
English negotiation skills are required to support an international client base (C1). German language skills (at least B2) are also recommended
High degree of commitment bundled with communicative expertise
Quality- and customer-oriented, ability to work independently and proactively
Very good interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude, including eloquence and confident behaviour
Maintain an awareness of the latest developments in innovation management and understand implications
Assess and evaluate risks, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and ethical thinking in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer
