For our Business Development team at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking a motivated

Business Analyst (m/f/d)

The Business development team in Frankfurt will be responsible to develop, execute and continuously improve with the management
teams of the local banks, a retail banking strategy driving sustainable profitable growth in each country. The BD team will conduct
market research, identify and implement best practice in retail banking covering specially customer acquisition & servicing, product
development, technology and reporting.

Your role in our team:
As a member of the Business Development team, you will:

Develop, execute and continuously improve strategic plan for the retail banking business in South Eastern Europe
C onduct market research in the retail banking sector incl. internal & external benchmarking across countries to identify best practice

and specific opportunities for the local banks

L ead and facilitate collaboration between holding and countries on key initiatives specifically working with the in- country teams

including sales, marketing, IT, product development and risk

Define and implement common KPI Tracking & Reporting across all countries
Gather and prioritise technical requirements to remain competitive in market

What we expect:
• A university degree in business administration, economics or a technical subject with demand on analytical skills

Work experience in retail banking or a management consultancy desirable
Experience to conduct market research and document business requirements desirable
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Specifically strong command of Excel to analyse data
A high degree of social competence and excellent communication skills
Ability to learn fast and assimilate new concepts
Willingness to occasionally travel to South Eastern Europe
A proactive, thorough, and independent way of working
An excellent command of English in speaking and writing
