We are searching for the Scrum Master, to help the three of our teams become self-managed teams .
What competences we are searching for:
practical experience of the Scrum Master 3+ years in dislocated/ distributed product teams; for us experience in the product organization is essential
real hands on experience working inside the teams and with multiple teams
understanding the product development life cycle; engineering practices, quality attributes, CI/CD process
we expect to see a strong facilitator who will coach the teams to achieve the goals (through product backlog, incremental development, timely inspection of results and experiments)
strong communication skills are the must, we expect the SM to effectively deal with conflicts, handle communication with different people across different cultures i the organization

your main goal will be to help the teams become self-managed teams (3 feature teams, working accross one customer journey)
facilitate incremental development in the most efficient way possible
coaching and educating teams and organization to adapt scrum principles
support transformation to scrum
remove bottlenecks between stakeholder and scrum teams, inside the teams
collaborate with different people accross the organization
