Your responsibilities:

• Support executive management in both strategic and operational tasks, gaining valuable insight into high-level decision-making
• Contribute to business process optimization and assist in the development of new business processes and revenue-generating areas
• Take on (partial) project management responsibilities in cross-functional projects, collaborating across departments
• Conduct market and competitive analyses and create strategic recommendations and decision templates for leadership
• Prepare and develop presentations, meeting protocols, and documentation to support internal communication and project tracking

What you should bring:

• Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
• Professional Experience: Internships in process-oriented or financial environments are preferred
• Project Management Skills: Experience in project management is an advantage
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the MS Office Suite and proficient in presentation techniques
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical abilities with a structured, entrepreneurial approach to tasks
• Communication: Confident in English (C1), with the ability to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders
