International Sales Manager in Dahlewitz bei Medipan GmbH / GA Generic Assays GmbH

The sister companies Medipan and GA Generic Assays GmbH are leading providers of laboratory diagnostics and automation in the field of immune diseases. We develop, manufacture and distribute a broad product portfolio of immunoassays and laboratory instruments for research and routine diagnostics worldwide.

To strengthen our sales team we are looking for an

International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• As a Global Key Account Manager you are responsible in the first line to reach and increase sales targets in your assigned regions and to further build and support our presence for all our products in key markets globally
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in line with the company strategy
• Conduct of market and competitor analysis on a regular basis
• Provide continuous support (e.g. training, guidance) for our distributors
• Participation in exhibitions, workshops and customer meetings

Your qualifications

• University degree of either natural sciences, biology or medical technology; additional business degree or qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum of three years experience in the medical device industry (ideally in IVD)
• Experience in sales management
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong focus on sales and customers; awareness of different cultural sensitivities and an open mind to deal with customers of all kind of educational levels
• High degree of analytical thinking and motivation, you are a team player
• High level of proficiency in English language skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
