Your new challenge within the Consumer Health Care EMEA team at our site in Eigeltingen:
- Coordinate and manage customer's inquiries; ensure proper support to Area Sales Managers for customers’ business and projects follow up, audits
- In cooperation/coordination with Area Sales Managers, ensure support and data maintenance in Customer Relationship Management and sales systems
- In cooperation with the Regional Market Support Manager, participate in market development activities
- In cooperation with the Area Sales Managers, coordinate prospection inquiries from trade shows, website, take care of “cold calls”
- Ensure presence at local seminars/events, International trade shows, Aptar sales meetings and customer meetings
Your profile:
- Degree in business or other related business field
- First experience in Commercial activities, Relationship Management and in coordination activities with multinational clients
- Fluency in English
- Flexible to travel a few times per year
- Interpersonal skills in relationship with international customers
- Commitment to results and problem solving attitude
- Good skills in IT supports (Windows package, SAP, CRM, Social Media, Web searches, etc...)
