Are you the marketing professional who knows no secrets in the world of digital marketing? As a Digital Marketing Specialist, do you want to ensure that campaigns and projects within marketing are fully supported within the performance marketing activities?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team. You will be part of a European wide team of Performance Specialists, helping to drive direct performance across multiple attribution channels specifically for the German market across all our passenger routes.

- Experienced marketing professional with 2+ years of experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of broader digital marketing channels.
- Must be fluent (written and verbal) in German (C1) and English
- Have a clear eye for detail and be able to combine analytical insight with creative execution.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments is essential Understanding or previous experience with agile ways of working in a marketing or martech environment.
- Experience with multilingual marketing activities
- Marketing, Digital or Business degree or professional qualification.
- Drive direct digital distribution activities in different languages and locations through high performing marketing channels (PPC, SEO, affiliates, digital media)
- Support Head of Performance Marketing & Performance Marketing Managers to execute initiatives and activities across the performance marketing mix.
- Develop campaigns and implement effective initiatives to acquire and retain customers through digital performance channels as part of agile teams.
- Daily reporting, analysis, and optimization of performance marketing channels to improve overall passenger business performance.
- Work with all performance marketing agencies/suppliers and affiliate networks.
- Research, raise awareness and identify new developments and trends within the Digital Marketing industry for continuous expansion, growth, and improvement, individually and for the brand.
- Work across marketing functions to ensure performance marketing activities are integrated and aligned with other functions.
- Collaborate within the Digital Marketing Specialist community.
