- Active sales process observation & efficiency monitoring
- Document sales processes and manage documentation control
- Sales data compilation, analysis & presentation
- Develops, analyzes, prepares and executes sales process trials / work instruction
- Develop & monitor Sales tools and systems
- Research root cause solutions in relation to department corrective action, continuous improvement & deliberate improvement efforts
- Surface observation, problem solving & defect troubleshooting
- Controls process change requests for process changes in the department as necessary
- Respond & follow-up on corrective action requests issued to the department
- Identify& prioritize areas in the department which require improvement
- Provides technical support & maintains a close & effective working relationship with operations, quality, maintenance, research, engineering, and service & support groups
- Train Sales team on standard processes
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of hands-on administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional level of motivation, energy, and drive
- Possess a work ethic that sets a strong example
- Proficiency with email, voicemail, MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Strong report writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic/highly motivated
- Excellent computer skills
