- You supporting the project team in the global implementation of E.ON's employee engagement strategy
- Together with local HR and specialist teams, you identify development potentials to strengthen the drivers of engagement across all units.
A convincing background
- You are studying (Business) Psychology, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent.
- You have first experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of employee surveys as well as communication of results to diverse stakeholders.
- You have the ability to create high-quality PowerPoint slides in different designs for a variety of stakeholders.
- You have the skills in storytelling and creating texts/communication, e.g. for Connect articles and PowerPoint slides
- You have the ability to consistently implement or work on goals and tasks (hold timelines, deliver high-quality outcomes, communicate regularly with stakeholders…)
- You have a high affinity for IT and like to fulfill administrative IT tasks
- You have very good written and spoken English and German skills
- The trustworthy handling of sensitive data is a matter of course for you
- You work independently and are a team player with the will to drive change processes in addition to line tasks
- You are characterized by accuracy, reliability, initiative and self-responsibility
