RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them.
- File records or documents as instructed.
- File and retrieve documents from company filing systems.
- Perform basic data entry tasks.
- Work according to an assigned schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary / Intermediate (2 GCSE)
- Very limited work based experience.
- Uses clear and effective elementary verbal communications skills under supervision to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.
- Supports business processes with guidance but not constant supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages.
- Works under supervision at an elementary level to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
- Works under supervision at an elementary level to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Uses an elementary understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis under supervision.
- Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to acquire, organize, protect and process data to fulfill business objectives.
- Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
- Works under supervision at an elementary level to motivate all employees to learn, grow and develop so that they can obtain the knowledge and experience they need to help the organization reach its goals.
- Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks in a production process at an elementary level, under supervision
- Works under supervision at an elementary level to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
- Works under supervision at an elementary level to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- Works under supervision at an elementary level to review and create relevant, lucid and effective reports.
- Applies elementary concepts under supervision to manage and apply safe systems of work.
