WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prioritize key pieces as required for campaigns, launches and editorials, and confirm availability of featured product
• Support with administrative tasks, such as liaising with suppliers regarding product deliveries and doing regular stock checks
• Partially based in the warehouse liaising regularly with Operational teams to ensure an ideal flow of deliveries and uploads, especially in peak times and allocate products
• Create in-house stock and management reports, allocate product to, and manage the product lists which determine workload for all teams involved
• Manage high profile uploads in a timely manner, ensuring that lead time from delivery to upload date is as short as possible
• Attend regular sales, trade, operations, and studio meetings to provide and receive updates on deliveries, uploads and special projects
• Maintain acute awareness of the Buy and important products and categories

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree-level education with relevant Retail and Inbound warehouse experience, preferably 1+ year
• Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Accurate, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
• Strong communicator, enjoys collaboration, and responds to queries promptly
• Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in Excel; fluent in English, German is a plus
