We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Worker to join our Offshore Wind Business - Technology Powerplant Platform team. As a Student Worker, you will play an integral role in supporting our team's efforts in the offshore wind industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with senior leadership, and make a meaningful contribution to our Technology and business initiatives.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and innovations in the offshore wind industry.
- Compare and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Assist in the development of strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive technology roadmaps.
- Develop visually engaging and informative presentations for conferences and internal purposes.
- Work closely with senior leadership to refine and improve presentation content.
- Practice and enhance your presentation skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret technical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and rapidly changing industry.
