Job Description

• Processing indiviual and group reservations in a professional manner
• Answering the telphone and written inquiries competently
• Actively selling products and services
• Maintaining guest- and company files
• Entering and checking room contingents in different booking systems
• Working close together with the Front Office and Sales & Marketing teams for optimal occupancy

Work Experience

• You already gained some professional experience in the Front Office or in the reservations department
• You know Opera Cloud and Delphi
• You speak German and English
• You are an organizational talent, and you work accurate and independent
• a friendly, confident demeanor and a positive appearance complete your profile
