In selected markets we furthermore offer fulfillment services to customers. Our aim is to be a leading provider of e-commerce related logistics. For this we are designing solutions across the entire DHL Group service portfolio for selected customers.

YOUR TASKS

Our Customer Experience team is looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager (m/f/x) to oversee the development and delivery of digital projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance continuous improvement of the digital customer experience.

As a Project Manager Digital Touchpoints (m/f/x), you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Besides, you will orchestrate the work among project colleagues from various departments, countries and organizational units and coordinate the efforts of designers, developers, business analysts and other professionals.

• Drive projects to aim best-in-class digital tools (such as customer portals, websites, APPs, etc.)
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and feedback loops throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and demonstrations to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and incorporate insights into project iterations
• Be a strong advocate (m/f/x) of self-organization and cross-functional collaboration among the various project members

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in business administration, IT or related
• Several years of working experience in an international organization, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector
• Several years of professional experience in customer facing digital tools paired with a passion for digital technologies, market trends, economic developments
• Good understanding of digital technologies and ideally applications in the logistics sector
• Proven organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to interact and build relationships with cross-functional technical and non-technical groups
• Ability to quickly understand, manage and drive complex tasks with multiple stakeholders
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style and excellent ability to cooperate in a dynamic team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus
