Your chances:

Development and management of the Logistic & Warehouse Excellence team of the global BU GS

Governance for all logistics & warehouse processes and systems within the Business Unit

Continuous identification and development of new supply chain processes

Definition of strategies in the relevant subject areas, e.g. supply chain processes, KPI tracking, strategic alignment of logistics in the regions, implementation of efficient processes in efficient processes in SAP, standards for warehouse management

Ensuring the implementation of the BU's Logistic & Warehouse Excellence programme, in particular as an interface to the global supply chain of the business lines as well as logistics and warehousing in the production plants

Implementing measures to standardise and increase logistics efficiency in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Preparation for the purchase of logistics services (ocean, truck, airfreight) for BU GS

Definition and development of logistics outsourcing options incl. evaluation

Analysis and optimisation of logistics costs (transportation, warehousing, packaging, inbound and outbound)

Planning and implementation of projects (including the upcoming global introduction and training of Mercoline and Cargobase)

Your profile:
Degree in economics, industrial engineering, logistics or a similar degree

At least 8 years of industrial-commercial and interdisciplinary experience (SCM, logistics, warehousing) in an international environment

Very good leadership and communication skills

Excellent analytical, conceptual and organisational skills

Strong methodological skills in the areas of process improvement and project management

Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems (ERP) such as SAP (MM, SD), BW

Fluent in German and English

Strong intercultural experience and willingness to travel regularly
