IBP Coordinator (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf bei C&A
In this position you are responsible for the cross-functional coordination among the C&A markets and C&A headquarters and will coordinate the C&A countries in order to reach a successful on time store opening (order management, deliveries, service level).
Your responsibilities at C&A
- Coordination with C&A markets regarding timelines, correctness of data input and be the go to person for Q&A
- Conduction of quality checks (night runs, reports, data correctness, etc)
- Maintenance of Master Data (Store List, New articles/Stores, etc)
- Master Data preparation for User Acceptance Test
- Schedule / Monitor / Manage (ir)regular SAP IBP Application jobs
- Support with implementation of new developments in IBP
- Link between C&A and IT
- Support with incorrect data output in IBP
- Documentation (backlog management, Error log management, etc)
What we expect of you
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent background with minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or fulfillment
- Strong IT literacy regarding tools, databases, MS Office, SAP, G-Info
- Process and Project Management Skills
- Ability to work individually and cross-functionally with other departments and C&A markets to synchronize activities.
- Fluent in English, oral and written; German or other European language is a plus
