Training Coordinator in Hamburg bei Vestas

Our Training Administration delivers training to the business based on a forecast process and plan and book colleagues on external courses.

We ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective coordination of all technical and safety training for Vestas NCE.

As a Training Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be the single point of contact for offering specialist support to our Projects department and for subcontractors that require Vestas-specific training. Your work location will be Hamburg.

Please note that this is a temporary position with a fixed term until 31/12/2024 with an option to extend until March 2025.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining relevant training tools and templates
• Create and manage POs/ PRs for training activities
• Remaining up to date on current legislation related to training in all the markets Vestas operates in
• Maintaining and developing relations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Forecasting and booking technical training as well as safety-related courses- both internal and external
• Helping Line Management plan safety and technical training programs for individual employees

The ideal candidate:

• Has a background within training, administration, communication or similar
• Is service-minded and has good networking skills
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing- German is a bonus!
• Is highly independent, creative and not afraid to take ownership
• Pays attention to detail, is pragmatic and structured and has good time management skills
• Is a confident user of Microsoft 365 applications
• Is flexible for travel activities
